  It was great to finally visit a Storage Company where the Manager understands the meaning of “Customer Service.” I stopped by Simply Self Storage in Chamblee to check the place out, look around and ask my normal 10-12 questions, like I’ve done the other locations. Well, let me tell you about Mrs. Yolanda. She was very friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. She has such a great personality and made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Since I’m downsizing, I wanted to make sure I’m comfortable with where my belongings will be stored and Mrs. Yolanda sold me on this location. So, I will be returning soon. Thank you again, Mrs. Yolanda and keep up the good work!
